It's time for my first review!!!

My stitch fix came last week and I was so excited to see it and open it up! The excitement of opening up your box and seeing what is inside is really fun! As soon as I opened my box I seen prints I loved and was already happy!

If you don't know about stitch fix It's a subscription service that you can order a box when you want or you can set it up to send one once a month. You take a styling test to personalize your profile and help your personal stylist get to know you better. You pay a $20 styling fee that can be used towards your items you choose to buy. What you don't like you can send back. if you decide you decide you like all the pieces you will get 25% off your total order. You only have to buy what you like. You can send the rest back.

So I was worried about pricing on the pieces and curios what they would be. That was my main concern so I am going to post what I got and what I thought along with prices.

1. Cleokai: Therese Shift Dress $98

This dress is very comfy and flowy! It looks great on! It has a 70's vibe to it because the sleeves are loose and they arn't too flarey but they definitely have some flare to them. I absolutely loved this dress and wish I could have kept it but the price was just way to much for me. So I did not purchase.  :(

2.Eight Sixty: Chloe Animal Print Dress $98

I was not too happy with this dress. I had told my stylist I loved anything leopard well this piece looked like a night gown when you put it on! The material was super soft feeling and it did not fit right at all!! The picture directly above shows the front of the dress and the two on top show the back and the sides of the dress. The stylist did a good job choosing this because I did tell her i liked leopard print so she was trying to get to know styles and type of prints I  liked. But I did not purchase this one.

3. Octavia: Alena Fuzzy Leopard Print Scarf $34

I loved the way this scarf looked! It was also super soft and warm but it was not very long! You could not wrap it around a second time and could only twist it like the first picture the card shows. I had told my stylist I was looking for a cute warm leopard scarf and I think she did an awesome job choosing one! Its just too short for my liking and I'm not a fan of not being able to wrap it twice! I really thought about keeping it though but didn't want to spend $34  on a scarf I didn't love! ((btw I found the perfect leopard scarf at WALMART for $5.50!!!!!)) I did not buy this item either.

4.Sugarlips: Celise Pencil Skirt $58

I told my stylist I was an education major and wanted to start looking for pieces I could wear in the classroom. Like for when I observe classes, student teach, and for the future when I teach. So I think this is why she sent this piece! I loved the color and length but the bottom had a sheer part in it that I thought would be unacceptable in a classroom environment. Besides a classroom i'm not sure where else I would have worn this piece. I did not buy this piece because of that.

5.Fun2Fun: Colbie Lace Detail Blouse $28

This top was super cute! I loved the lace detailing and the split up the sides of the top which will make it a great summer top! You can tell I love it because I wore it the very next day after I received my box. So ofcourse I bought this one!!

I only ended up buying one piece this time but since your styling fee goes towards your purchase I payed $8 for the one top!! So the question is will I schedule another stitch fix shipment? The answer is yes!! I think the time you spend trying on the pieces even if you don't like anything from your box is fun! Especially for a girl who loves clothes and accessories! Plus the more fixes you receive the better your stylist will get to know you and your fixes will be better each time!
